Super Successful Soup ‘n’ Santa 2019
Thank you to everyone who supported our annual Soup ‘n’ Santa fundraiser on Saturday (30/11/2019).
It was a busy event with a range of delicious home made soups, complimented with popular tomato soup, all enjoyed by our scouting families.Santa arrived with elf and presents and had a constant stream of visitors.
The Chocolate tombola drew a big crowd as always, and the bottle tombola was busy all afternoon.
Additional attractions offered were face painting, Hungry Santa, Penguin’s birthday, bird box sale, roll a penny, tablet sale and a lolly chance game.
Thanks to all who provided soup, donated prizes, helped serve/ sell/ tidy up.
Funds raised should be just over £1,000 which will go towards work being undertaken at the Scout hut grounds over the coming months.
We also gathered four big boxes for the Aberdeensire North Foodbank. Thanks for donations.
