Family Cycle -Sponsored ride  to Templars Park  Sunday 6th October 

In memory of Cub Leader Fiona Fraser – Along the Deeside Way (Old railway line)

From either:- Duthie Park to Templars Park Scout Campsite (7 miles)

or                     Cults To Templars Park Scout Campsite (5 miles) –

Open to all sections of the Scout Group. – All children have to be accompanied by at least one parent however we would encourage the whole family to attend. -We plan to provide a shuttle back to cars.   No dogs allowed – BBQ/Snacks/Drinks will be available to purchase at Templars Park with all profits along with sponsorship/donations collected being shared jointly with “Staff Garden” at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and “Cancer Research  UK” to match request of Fiona’s family.  Please get sponsorship from friends and family.


Soup’N’Santa – Sat 30h Nov 2019  

We are arranging our annual fund-raiser at the hall, when delicious soups will be available, and the man in the Red Suit is expected in his ice grotto.  Donations of Chocolates and bottles for the two Tombolas are requested.  Watch for tickets being sent out.  Offers from Soup makers are very welcome.

2020 Spring Clean & Paint Days;

The Scout Group is looking for Cubs and Scouts and their parents to help with spring cleaning and repainting events.    On Sat 4th April from 09.30 till 16.00 and Sun 5th from 12.30- 16.00.


Group Family Camp,at Templars camp, Maryculter  22th-24th May 2020

Over the 22-24th weekend we will be holding our Group Family Camp.  Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will be bringing their families  (Siblings and Mum & Dad expected) where you sleep as a family in your own tent.  The working title and theme is “Into the Future”  where fun, competition, and challenges for all ages will be provided. Survival challenges may even earn some badges!  Central catering will be arranged.

The Group’s AGM will be held on Sat 23th May 2020.
